gorgeous hotel buildings, excellent tennis courts, bright outdoor croquet area
Evening turn-downs missed on multiple nights!!! Dirty stairs and unkempt croquet area detract from the experience!!! Lack of air-conditioning in fitness center is not acceptable!!! Maintenance and cleaning need serious attention!!!

the setting was amazing, close to castlemartyr resort for a girls day out in the spa and afternoon tea and an old castle and beautiful gardens.

Fairly large and fairly clean venue with a fantastic value and fantastic and wonderful stuff. A wide range of food in the hotel, casual restaurant. Simply no complains at all, memorable stay.

great amenities , but some restaurant options were limited
The junior suite was luxurious, with a fine bathroom that was just like a mini spa. The grounds offered picturesque walks and beautiful art installations everywhere you turned. The kids club was a huge bonus for us, allowing the little ones to enjoy activities while we relaxed.
The restaurant choices were somewhat restricted .

Staff were very helpful, patient and pleasant. Food was superb - couldnt find fault with it. Pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. I didnt play golf on the course but it looked fantastic and many of our group did play on Saturday and said it was exquisite !

Friendly reception; spacious room; no-pressure atmosphere; fine surroundings within the hotel grounds; what looks like a fine (anf challenging Golf course - I'm not a golfer!); very good food.
Restaurant service very good but tended to be slow.

It was just a proper fit for a quick stop in Castlemartyr with very good value for money. The manager was the only one with an apologetic tone when we had an issue with our room. If you want a nice drink, make sure to check if they have everything in stock before ordering.

Great facility, relaxing surroundings. A place to forget the outside world.
The standard of food at dinner was very poor in relation to price charged. At best it was 2.5 star food at 5 star prices.

I liked the location. Hotel very comfortable and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful Would definitely return for another break
Drinks a bit pricey in bar particularly the wine. Could also do with a better menu in the bar
